The purpose of the Central Texas Black Cultural Foundation is to promote educational, social events and workshops/seminars that highlight the significant contributions of African American's in the areas of  culture, fine arts, education and health related issues. Activities are interactive and encourage youth to become more engaged in research and gain a better understanding of  their expected contributions to their community and family.
